You can still get valuable insights from your Sun, Moon, and planetary signs. However, an accurate birth time gives you house placements, your Rising sign, and Midheaven — which dramatically deepen any reading. If you're unsure, check your birth certificate, hospital records, or ask family members. Even an approximate time (e.g., 'early morning') is better than none.
